### Everyone asks you for the number. Nobody gives you six weeks.

Market sizes, entry decisions and board questions land together. myRA works through the research while your team shapes the recommendation. Every figure comes back with its source and its assumptions.

A weekly intake timeline fills with market estimates, board requests and competitor questions. The approaching board deadline stands out, showing pressure on a small strategy team.

## The myRA way

**Eyebrow:** The myRA way

### Same team, same week. The queue now clears.

Handle the market estimate, competitor analysis and board questions at the same time. Your team sets the priorities; myRA does the research and returns finished work with its evidence attached.

**Visual description**

Requests from sales, product, the board and a business unit converge on a small strategy desk. myRA works on them together, and finished research leaves the other side with evidence attached.

## What can myRA do?

### The questions your team brings, in your words.

Here are five questions strategy teams bring to myRA. Pick one and see how the work gets done.

A team selector sits at the top of the questions listed below. The selected question plays a short walkthrough of the research, one step and one picture at a time, from the brief to the finished report with its sources. Calls, surveys and expert review appear where they strengthen that particular answer. The walkthrough contents are omitted here.

Where should we install our first 100 fast chargers in California, and can they pay for themselves within three years?

How big is the US market for robot mowers on golf courses, and how much could we win?

Tell me whenever a UK policy change could affect heat pump sales, and by how much.

Put the six biggest UK budget gym chains side by side on price, sites and member growth.

Tell me when a rival bank changes its savings rates or launches a new account.

## Sizing and forecasts

**Eyebrow:** Sizing and forecasts

### A sizing you can put straight in the deck.

Size the opportunity for your product, buyers and markets, even when no published estimate fits. myRA compares multiple methodologies and runs primary research to test missing inputs. You can see which assumptions change the estimate.

An illustrative estimate is shown alongside published evidence, primary research and optional expert review. The visual shows how additional evidence can revise the answer and how review adds a separate check.

## In the room

**Eyebrow:** In the room

### The week does not get quieter. It stops costing you your credibility.

When the board asks where a number came from, open the source. When someone challenges an assumption, show how it affects the estimate. The research stays connected to the recommendation.

A line in a board presentation opens into its original source, the calculation behind it and the confidence or gaps in the result.

## Common questions

**Eyebrow:** Questions

### Common questions

**We already buy market reports. Where does myRA fit?**

Bring the reports and studies your team already uses. myRA reads them alongside fresh evidence, answers your specific question and shows where the findings agree or differ.

**Nobody publishes the number we need. What happens then?**

The work starts on the published record and says plainly where it runs out. From there, myRA brings in a specialist who knows the industry, or runs calls and a survey in the field, and puts what comes back into the estimate with its source named. You see the cost before that step starts, and it takes days, not weeks.

**What about the number that goes to the board?**

Every figure opens to its source, and the method and limits are written down. If the board wants more, add an expert review: a named specialist checks the assumptions and the gaps, and signs it. The review can change the estimate if it finds something.
