### Find the backups before the week you need them.

The time to find a backup is before the supplier fails. myRA builds the short list, checks it against your rules, calls the plants that matter and watches the names your business depends on.

**Visual description**

A disruption timeline shows a missed shipment leading to a search for unchecked replacements while production comes under pressure.

## The difference

**Eyebrow:** The difference

### Same Monday. Two very different weeks.

Build and assess alternatives while supply is steady. When a disruption comes, your team has a current shortlist and the evidence needed to act.

**Visual description**

The same missed delivery starts two possible paths. One continues through a new supplier search and checks; the other uses research already completed to reach a decision quickly.

## What can myRA do?

**Eyebrow:** What can myRA do?

### Five questions a procurement team asks.

Follow a search for a second supplier, a risk check, a fair-price test, a supplier watch and a labour audit an expert signs, step by step.

A team selector sits at the top of the questions listed below. The selected question plays a short walkthrough of the research, one step and one picture at a time, from the brief to the finished report with its sources. Calls, surveys and expert review appear where they strengthen that particular answer. The walkthrough contents are omitted here.

All our e-bike batteries come from one factory. Who else could make 10,000 a year?

How exposed are we to our main chip-packaging supplier in Malaysia?

What should a 500 ml plastic bottle really cost us, and are we overpaying?

Tell me the day anything changes at our drug-ingredient suppliers in India.

Does our new cotton supplier in Bangladesh meet our labour rules? Our audit committee wants an expert to sign off.

## The bench

**Eyebrow:** The bench

### A backup is only a backup if someone already checked it.

myRA checks suppliers against your technical, capacity and commercial needs. When documents leave a question open, myRA finds the right contact and conducts the call. The answers help establish which suppliers can meet your requirements.

Expert review

**Visual description**

A main supplier is surrounded by a bench of alternatives, each assessed for financial health, capacity and certification. One has capacity confirmed by a call; another still has evidence gaps. The bench is kept current before it is needed.

## The standing watch

### Hear it before the shipment misses.

Follow the suppliers your production depends on. myRA checks for relevant changes and explains the potential impact on your supply, with evidence your team can inspect.

**Footnote:** The watch follows published changes. To check what is happening inside a plant, myRA can contact the supplier and conduct a call.

**Visual description**

A warning card connects restrictions, financial trouble and plant disruption to the need for a closer supplier check.

## Common questions

**Eyebrow:** Questions

### Common questions

**What do we hand the award committee?**

A page for each shortlisted supplier, with linked sources and the limits written down. If the committee wants more, a named specialist can check the criteria, evidence and gaps, and sign it.

**Half these suppliers are private. What happens when the record is thin?**

Suppliers with little on record stay flagged. myRA can find the right contact, prepare questions from your requirements and make the call. You see the cost before any call is made, and the answers go into the same supplier record.

**Can we bring our own supplier list and rules?**

Yes. Upload your approved list, your rules and your past audits, and myRA checks every new name against them and cites your files beside the published record. What myRA cannot see is what actually shipped last month; that stays in your own systems.
