## Hero

**Breadcrumb (after the fixed arrow):** All teams

**Eyebrow:** Who we serve · Corporate development

### Two hundred names in. One memo out.

Screen every target against the same criteria. myRA checks seller claims against market evidence and drafts a committee memo with the case for, the risks and the questions still open.

**Visual description**

A timeline counts down to committee, moving from finding possible targets to screening a shortlist and preparing the memo.

## The committee's first question

**The quote, oversized:** Where did this shortlist come from?

**Who says it (after the fixed dash):** the first question at every investment committee

And the three that follow

Why was name eleven cut?

Where did that growth number come from?

Who actually checked this?

Follow every shortlist decision, score and claim back to its reason and its source.

## What can myRA do?

### The questions a deal team asks.

Here are five questions corporate development teams bring to myRA, from finding targets to the committee vote. Pick one and see how the work gets done.

A team selector sits at the top of the questions listed below. The selected question plays a short walkthrough of the research, one step and one picture at a time, from the brief to the finished report with its sources. Calls, surveys and expert review appear where they strengthen that particular answer. The walkthrough contents are omitted here.

This cybersecurity firm says it will grow 15% a year. Does the market back that up?

Which UK vet clinic owners are most likely to sell in the next two years?

Should we launch our plant-based milk range in Germany or France first?

A rival airline cut fares on our Delhi–Dubai route by 20%. Can they afford to keep it up?

Here’s our model for a £45m logistics software deal. Committee votes Thursday: can an expert check it and sign it?

## From the long list to the memo

**Eyebrow:** From the long list to the memo

### A memo is only as strong as what you can open behind it.

Set the criteria before the screen runs. myRA records the reason behind each score and connects the memo to its sources, so your team can challenge the case without rebuilding the research.

**Footnote:** A good business in a shrinking market stops looking like a bargain once you can see both at the same time.

**Visual description**

A long company list passes through written, weighted criteria into a shortlist and a committee memo. Lines connect the memo’s claims back to the companies and evidence behind them.

## Research options

**Eyebrow:** Research options

### The seller’s story, held up to the market.

Test seller claims early. myRA compares the company story with market data, customer evidence and industry insight, then shows what holds up and what needs further diligence.

**Visual description**

Three research options connect published records, first-hand answers and specialist judgment in the same study.

**One honest limit**

We cannot give you the letter a lender leans on. Your investment committee can act on our work; a bank cannot rely on it in law. If the deal needs that signature, hire the firm, and walk in with the analysis already done.

## Common questions

**Eyebrow:** Questions

### Common questions

**Can myRA screen the way we screen?**

Yes. Give myRA your rules, the weight you put on each, and your own files, and she writes the rules down before the screen runs. Change a weight and myRA ranks the list again. The committee argues about the method, not the number.

**What happens when there is almost nothing public on a target?**

myRA shows the gap and what it means for the deal. If you say go, she runs customer interviews or calls with people in the industry, and updates the memo with what she learns.

**Who stands behind the memo at committee?**

Every line of the memo opens to its source, and the limits are written down. If your committee wants more, a named industry expert can check the method, sources and gaps, and sign it.
