### Can I trust this supplier?

Know why a supplier belongs on the short list. myRA checks each name against your rules, shows the evidence in every row, and calls the names you are about to depend on.

**Visual description**

A sample supplier shortlist compares evidence for certification, capacity and direct verification. Filled, hollow and missing marks distinguish confirmed information from gaps. A call-backed candidate stands out from the rest.

## The problem

**Eyebrow:** The problem

### A score is not evidence.

A supplier list tells you who exists. You need to know who can deliver. myRA checks capacity, finances and fit against your requirements, with evidence behind every recommendation and direct outreach where records are incomplete.

**Visual description**

A score without supporting detail opens into a supplier record. Documents establish some facts, while a remaining capacity question is marked for a direct call.

## The work

**Eyebrow:** The work

### An example of what comes back.

Find a second source, check a risk, test a price or review an audit. Follow the work through to a buying decision.

**Example questions**

- **Alternative supplier qualification**: All our e-bike batteries come from one factory. Who else could make 10,000 a year?
- **Supplier risk assessment**: How exposed are we to our main chip-packaging supplier in Malaysia?
- **Should-cost analysis**: What should a 500 ml plastic bottle really cost us, and are we overpaying?
- **Critical supplier monitoring**: Tell me the day anything changes at our drug-ingredient suppliers in India.
- **Supplier due diligence**: Does our new cotton supplier in Bangladesh meet our labour rules? Our audit committee wants an expert to sign off.

**Visual description**

Each question opens its own animated walkthrough, with the selected question beside the current step: how the work starts (a brief, a standing watch, a timetable, the client’s own files or the people asked first), the analysis, primaries where direct answers matter, expert review where sector experience helps test the work, then the finished deck, report, dashboard, brief or signed report. Visitors can pause, replay or choose a stage. Every name and number is illustrative, and each question’s figures agree across its steps and its report.

## How it runs

**Eyebrow:** How it runs

### Find them, check them, then keep watching.

myRA finds suppliers that fit your requirements and checks them against the same criteria. When a document cannot settle a question, myRA identifies the right contact and conducts the call. The answers go into the same shortlist.

Four connected drawings show buying requirements becoming a candidate search, evidence checks and calls, then a shortlist that can be kept current. The explanations beneath the drawings are retained below.

**Set the rules**

Capacity, certifications and the risks that rule a supplier out.

**Search the field**

Find candidates across company records, industry sources and your own lists.

**Check the evidence**

Trace each claim to a source. Call suppliers to settle the gaps.

**Build the shortlist**

Compare qualified suppliers and keep watch on the ones you choose.

## Watching them

**Eyebrow:** Watching them

### Know you are exposed before the shipment misses.

Keep watch on the suppliers your operations depend on. myRA tracks financial, capacity and ownership changes, then explains what they could mean for your supply.

**Visual description**

Three small drawings accompany the watch categories below: a supplier checked against restrictions, financial records revealing trouble, and a plant disruption affecting the buyer’s supply.

**Restrictions**

Check for new listings that could rule a supplier out.

**Financial trouble**

Follow reports of debt, missed payments and other signs the business may be under strain.

**Plant disruption**

Watch for published news of closures, strikes, fires and recalls that could affect your supply.

## Common questions

**Eyebrow:** Questions

### Common questions

**Can someone actually call the suppliers for us?**

Yes. myRA finds the right person at each supplier, prepares questions from your requirements and conducts the call. The answers go straight into the supplier record, alongside the documents already checked.

**How complete is the list?**

myRA shows where she searched, which suppliers have enough evidence to assess and which need a call. You can see the coverage and the gaps before relying on the shortlist.

**A year from now, how do we show why we chose this supplier?**

The shortlist keeps your selection rules, a source behind every cell and the gaps in coverage. If your award committee wants more, add an expert review: a named specialist checks the rules, the evidence and who was left out, and signs it.
