### Is this deal worth it?

Screen more opportunities without lowering your standard. myRA assesses targets against your criteria, tests seller claims against outside evidence and returns a ranked shortlist with the case for, the case against and the gaps to resolve.

**Visual description**

A deal funnel narrows an initial company list through screening, shortlisting and diligence. Evidence is attached at each stage and remains connected to the final committee read. The displayed counts are illustrative.

## The problem

**Eyebrow:** The problem

### The seller has a story. You need your own view.

Every target looks promising in its own deck. Your team needs to know which claims hold up, where growth depends on an assumption and which gaps could change the deal.

## The work

**Eyebrow:** The work

### An example of what comes back.

Screen targets, test a growth plan, map a market, watch your target list or have an expert sign your deal model before the committee votes.

**Example questions**

- **Commercial due diligence**: This cybersecurity firm says it will grow 15% a year. Does the market back that up?
- **Target screening**: Which UK vet clinic owners are most likely to sell in the next two years?
- **Market mapping**: Map the European battery recycling market: who’s in it, who’s growing, where the gaps are.
- **Portfolio & target monitoring**: Tell me when anything changes at the five dental chains on our target list.
- **Investment case review**: Here’s our model for a £45m logistics software deal. Committee votes Thursday: can an expert check it and sign it?

**Visual description**

Each question opens its own animated walkthrough, with the selected question beside the current step: how the work starts (a brief, a standing watch, a timetable, the client’s own files or the people asked first), the analysis, primaries where direct answers matter, expert review where sector experience helps test the work, then the finished deck, report, dashboard, brief or signed report. Visitors can pause, replay or choose a stage. Every name and number is illustrative, and each question’s figures agree across its steps and its report.

## The short list and the first read

**Eyebrow:** The short list and the first read

### From forty names to the five worth a real week.

Apply the same criteria to every target. myRA keeps the evidence behind each score, checks the shortlist against market data and industry insight, and drafts the investment case. Your team can follow every conclusion back to its source.

## Between deals: the sector brief

### Know what moved before the partner meeting starts.

Keep your investment thesis current between deals. myRA tracks the sectors and companies you name, connecting new rounds, exits and market shifts in a regular brief. Private or uncertain figures are clearly marked.

Three drawings sit above the descriptions below: evidence on both sides of an investment thesis, linked events across a sector, and a portfolio company watched alongside its rivals.

**Test the thesis**

Put the strongest case for and against the investment side by side, with sources behind both.

**Read the sector**

Connect rounds, launches and exits. See what the pattern means for the market you follow.

**Watch the portfolio**

Keep your companies and their rivals in view, with a standing brief ready for board prep.

## Common questions

**Can myRA work over our data room?**

Yes. Put the data room in your project and myRA answers from it alongside outside research, citing both. Your files stay inside your own workspace, you set who can open what, and SOC 2 Type II and ISO certification are in progress.

**Can an expert sign it?**

Yes. A named specialist checks the method, the evidence and the gaps, adds what they know about the industry, and signs it once the fixes are made. Your committee gets the review with the research. If a lender requires a formal reliance letter, that remains a separate engagement with the appropriate firm.

**Can we use myRA for one deal or across our team?**

Both. Ask myRA covers one deal: you see its credit cost before it starts, and get your money back if it misses the bar. Hire myRA puts the analyst on your team for every deal; how buying works is on the pricing page.
