## Hero

**Eyebrow:** Research · Expert review

### Research by myRA. Reviewed by a named expert.

An industry specialist checks myRA’s research, questions the assumptions and adds what they know from years in the industry. When the fixes are made, they sign their name to it.

**Visual description**

A sample research document carries a named specialist’s signature. It represents review and sign-off of the work; the displayed identity is illustrative.

## Experience behind the review

**Quote:** The research looks convincing. What might we be missing?

**Who says it (as it renders):** Before a decision that matters

**Experience behind the review**

Mordor Intelligence, our research partner, finds a specialist who knows your industry. Their name and their review stay with the research.

## Judgment beyond the data

### Experience can change the reading.

Someone who has spent years in a market may spot what the numbers miss: sales brought forward by a subsidy cut, or demand that depends on one customer. They bring that experience to myRA’s work, challenge the assumptions and put their name to the review.

Two cards loop through examples of expert judgment. One shows rising electric-vehicle sales that may reflect purchases brought forward before incentives end. The other shows early store sales that may reflect opening offers. Each connects a promising result to a question an experienced specialist would test before recommending expansion.

## Inside the review

**Eyebrow:** Inside the review

### What the expert checks.

**Link:** Where the experts come from

**The method comes first**

Does the approach answer the question? The reviewer checks the scope and assumptions before trusting the result.

**The evidence must back the claim**

The reviewer checks the calculations and compares the sources. Do they support the conclusion, or does the claim go further than the evidence?

**Weak spots get fixed**

The reviewer flags weak spots, myRA fixes them, and the reviewer checks the fixes before signing. The review records what changed and why.

**Visual description**

Three drawings above the review explanations show a method being checked against the question, sources cross-checked against each other, and a weak point corrected before the review is recorded.

## A separate route to new evidence

### Need answers from the field?

myRA finds the right people and runs calls, surveys and focus groups to gather evidence for your study. Primary research and expert review are separate choices.

## Common questions

**Eyebrow:** Questions

### Common questions

**If myRA is the analyst, why add expert review?**

Even strong research gains from a second opinion. The expert knows the industry, pushes on the assumptions and puts their name to the review. That gives your board or client one more reason to trust the work.

**Who are the experts?**

Specialists from our research partner, Mordor Intelligence, chosen for the industry your question is about. The reviewer is named, and what they reviewed stays with the research. For an unusual industry, finding the right person can add a few days.

**What does it cost?**

It is paid in credits. Before it starts, you see the scope, timing and cost, and nothing runs until you say go. You can add a review to one study, without a plan. Primary research is a separate option when you need new evidence.
