## Hero

### Ask once. Hear when something changes.

Your investment case, your supplier list and your market estimate all rest on facts that change. Today someone checks them by hand, when there is time. With a standing brief, myRA keeps researching the question and tells you the day something moves.

**Visual description**

Market, supplier and investment evidence flows through a clock into one delivered brief, showing research that runs on a chosen schedule.

## The work you keep coming back to

### Keep watch on what you have a stake in.

Set a question once. Get a brief that tells you what matters before the next decision.

**Visual description**

Five examples pair a standing instruction with the brief that arrives later. A charging rollout changes when rival capacity or grid costs move; supplier monitoring reveals shared ownership risk; a competitor’s lower price turns out to exclude services; an acquisition changes an investment case; and shopper feedback suggests testing a smaller pack. Each example connects new evidence to a decision, rather than showing a stream of alerts.

Every run has a record. Change the question, pause or stop the brief in the same conversation.

### On a clock. Or the day something moves.

Schedule a regular brief, or ask myRA to check for a change. When the schedule runs or a check finds a match, myRA researches it and writes to you.

**Visual description**

A clock and an event signal feed one research brief. Either a scheduled run or a matching change starts the research. The output explains the effect on the decision; a quiet period produces a short no-change update.

## Research options

### Choose how deep each brief goes.

A brief starts with published evidence. If a change raises a question only people can answer, myRA can run primary research. Add a named expert review when you want an industry specialist to check an important update.

**Visual description**

A row of published documents reaches a gap. A second path shows the option to gather first-hand evidence or request expert review, keeping that additional work connected to the same recurring brief.

## Questions

### Before you set the brief

How is this different from a news alert?

A news alert sends you links. A brief tells you what changed, what it means for your decision and where the evidence came from. It checks at the rhythm you set, so it is not a live feed.

Who sees the brief?

The email goes to the person who set the brief up. The research behind it sits in your workspace, where you can share it with your team and read every source. Nobody outside your team sees it unless you share it.

What does it cost and how do we start?

A standing brief is part of Hire myRA. You can also buy one for a set period as an Ask myRA task. You set the question and the schedule, and see the credit cost before it starts. A good first brief is something you already check by hand.
